Description

It's 1954, in the city of Hoboken, New Jersey. You are the leader of a criminal organization in the city, at war for control of territories and various forms of support, trying to increase your power by any means necessary. In the center of Hoboken lies the Noir District, a central and highly contested area that is decisive in the battle for control of the city. Only with intelligent actions, careful choices and constant attention to your opponent can you win. Bluffing, of course, is an essential part of the strategy.
